Poligras NF

Poligras has been a worldwide leader in synthetic turf sports surfacing since its inception in 1973. Poligras NF is available in 2 2-inch plus slit-film polyethylene fiber tufted into a dual layer of woven polypropylene, or polyester mesh, and coated with polyurethane. Poligras NF is the preferred playing surface for football, soccer, baseball, intramural sports and physical education classes.

Poligras in now available in two distinct formats - Poligras NF (35 oz fiber, 20 oz PU coating) and Poligras NF Premium MT (40 oz fiber, 25 oz PU coating.) We can also manufacturer Poligras to your specification.

Poligras can be manufactured with tufted-in games lines, and we have the ability to tuft various colors for inlaid logos, numbers, letters, etc.

Poligras consists of a 2.25 Inch polyethylene fiber tufted into two layers of woven polypropylene, or a polyester mesh and coated with the industry's finest polyurethane backing. Our complete "in-house" fabric construction allows us to produce a playing surface with excellent "grass-like" footing, premium shock absorbency, realistic ball-bounce characteristics and unequaled durability.

Poligras can be installed a top 95% compacted crushed stone base or over an "in-situ" elastic layer system. Poligras can be infilled with rubber-only, or sand/rubber combination. We also offer a revolutionary new "cool rubber" infill. The reduction in surface heat creates longer term wear and increased performance.

Poligras is environmentally friendly and made with recycled/renewable resources.
